I recently used STORM Components to build me a custom spec PC. The owner Tom is incredibly knowledgeable and if given the chance will happily tell you the minute details of any computer component as well as how it compares to every version of the same component from different companies. The machine that Tom built for me was using some of the very latest components, some of which had only been released that week and as a consequence there were teething problems. Rather than fobbing me off and telling me to take the box, Tom kept it for over a week until he was happy with it and as a consequence I've had absolutely no issues with it. The cost of the build - Tom's fee, was well worth it, in fairness he deserved more than he charged me.
